Free Indiana criminal records are government documents which describe any arrests of an individual. They may also describe al subsequent dispositions attributable to an individual relating to an arrest. As such, most of the free Indiana criminal records kept in various government databases deal mostly with convictions.
Not all free Indiana criminal records are records of convictions. In fact, a major part of free Indiana criminal records are arrest records for a crime or misdemeanor.
